Yes, you can scan during maintenance. You can scan and upload during maintenance, so there is no need to change the scanner’s schedule settings each time maintenance is performed.
However, there is no possibility of upload failure since the upload is done via the Internet. Consider implementing a retry process with Exponential Backoff on the client side.
