Teams Notification Settings#
Please Migrate to Power Automate Workflows
With the deprecation of Microsoft Office 365 Connectors (April 30, 2026), the old Webhook URL (*.webhook.office.com) will no longer be available.
Notifications to Teams will fail with the old settings. Follow the instructions on this page to switch to the new Webhook URL.
By configuring the Teams Webhook URL, you can receive various notifications in Teams.
This page explains how to configure Teams notification settings.

How to Configure#
The configuration process is as follows:
- On the Teams side, generate a Webhook URL using Power Automate Workflows.
- Register the Teams Webhook URL in the group settings.
1. Operations in Teams (Generating the Webhook URL)#
Generate a Webhook URL using Power Automate Workflows. Once you register the generated Webhook URL in FutureVuls, notifications about newly detected vulnerabilities and new topics in a group will be sent to the corresponding channel or chat.
Generate the Webhook URL using the following steps:
- Open the Teams channel or chat where you want to receive notifications.
-
Next to the channel name (or chat name), select "..." (More options), then choose "Workflows".

-
Select the "Send a webhook alert to a channel" template (or "Send a webhook alert to a chat" for a chat).

-
Follow the on-screen instructions to create the workflow and copy the generated Webhook URL.

Reference
For detailed instructions, refer to the official Microsoft documentation: "Create incoming webhooks with Workflows for Microsoft Teams".
Webhook URL Format
The Webhook URL generated by Power Automate Workflows has the following format.
https://<environment_name>.api.powerplatform.com/powerautomate/automations/direct/workflows/…
Note that this is different from the old Office 365 Connector URL (*.webhook.office.com).
2. Group Settings#
-
