Account Registration#

To use FutureVuls, each user must create an account.

The account registration process depends on whether your organization has already been created. Please follow the appropriate steps.

  • If your organization has not yet been created (and you want to start a trial), please refer to "Start a free trial" and contact our support team.
  • If an organization already exists and you want to invite a new user, please refer to "Add Users".

Password Policy#

Passwords must adhere to the following rules:

  • Allowed characters: Letters, numbers, and symbols (^ $ * .[]{ } ( ) ? - " ! @ # % & / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~ `)
  • At least 10 characters long
  • At least one number
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter

Password Reset#

You can reset your password from the login screen or the Profile screen.

If you do not receive the password reset email

If you have never logged in with the pre-reset password, you cannot change your password from the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen.

Please follow the steps below to remove the user and then re-add them.

  1. Log in as the organization owner.
  2. Go to Organization Settings > Members > Delete the relevant user.
  3. Add the user again.
