This tutorial explains how to get started with FutureVuls. Specifically, it covers the following topics.

You can try FutureVuls free for 14 days for evaluation purposes.

Confirming Basic Operations#

After you register an account and create an organization, this section walks you through the basic usage of FutureVuls. It covers the following:

  • Adding target servers
  • Checking vulnerability information
  • Triaging, investigating, and addressing tasks

Vulnerability Management Operational Flow#

This section explains the triage methods for determining vulnerability response priorities, covering the CSIRT Plan and the Standard Plan separately.

Testing with Multiple Accounts#

FutureVuls is a service designed for operation by multiple people. During the trial, creating multiple accounts and testing with them allows you to evaluate more of FutureVuls' features, such as assigning task owners and managing member permissions.

If you want to proceed with testing but only have one email account, please use email aliasing (or a similar feature).

For example, you can register with a Gmail address like example@gmail.com. Then, by creating a user with an address like example+vuls@gmail.com, you can create two users with a single email account.
