Obtaining API Keys for Legacy Accounts (prior to August 2021)

Steps in CloudOne

1. Create a “Role” for FutureVuls

1. Go to “Management” > “User Management” > “Roles” to create a new role.
2. On the “General” tab, check only “Allow access to Web Service APIs”.
3. On the “Computer Permissions” tab, check “Edit”.
4. On the “Policy Permissions” tab, check “Edit” and “Create Policy”.
5. Create the role.

※ Note that the “Edit” permission for computers is required to obtain intrusion prevention rules for computers. We are currently confirming with Trend Micro the necessity of this permission.

2. Issue an API token for FutureVuls

1. Go to “Management” > “User Management” > “API Keys” and select “New”.
2. Issue a key based on the role created earlier.
3. Enter the issued key in the external connection screen of FutureVuls.
