Customer Data Storage Location#
Customer data uploaded to FutureVuls, such as scan results and configuration information, is stored on AWS in Japan. However, some features handle data outside Japan. For details, see "Data Handling Outside Japan for Certain Features".

Some features, such as email delivery, use services or Regions located outside Japan.

Storage Location of Amazon Inspector SBOMs#
When you configure Amazon Inspector SBOM import, SBOMs exported by Amazon Inspector are stored in a FutureVuls-managed S3 bucket in the Region configured for your AWS integration. This is because Amazon Inspector requires the destination S3 bucket for SBOM export to be in the same Region as the export source.
The SBOM storage location for each AWS integration Region is as follows. If you configure the AWS integration in a Region other than Tokyo or Osaka, SBOMs are stored outside Japan.
