AWS EC2 Tag Integration

You can automatically integrate tags set on AWS EC2 instances with server tags in FutureVuls.

Applicable Environments

This feature is only available for servers registered in FutureVuls via "Vuls Scan".

With "AWS Authentication Settings" configured, when you scan a server managed in AWS, the tags set on the EC2 instance are directly applied as server tags in FutureVuls.

For example, if a tag is set on AWS with Key: ENV and Value: Production, the server tag ENV:Production will be automatically assigned in FutureVuls.

This enables automatic synchronization of EC2 tags to FutureVuls server tags in environments that use EC2 tags for operational management, making it easier to configure automatic triage rules.

Note that this feature only adds tags — even if a tag is removed from an EC2 instance, the corresponding server tag in FutureVuls will not be removed. Only EC2 instance tags that are not already present as server tags in FutureVuls are added.
