Local Scan

Local Scan is a method where the scanner program is installed directly on a server to scan that server.

Local Scan has the following advantages:

• Easy installation (completed by running a single command)
• Can also acquire information such as the affected processes
• Configuration changes, such as those caused by updates, are automatically reflected in the UI
• The scanner program is automatically updated

Therefore, if you can install the scanner program on the server, Local Scan is recommended.
